Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers using provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels using WMS systems.
- Organize warehouse space to ensure efficient workflow and product accessibility.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Valid Driver’s License (not always required but preferred).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
