Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify item details.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled, staged, and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) to move heavy loads safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a standing environment for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
