Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload pallets and merchandise from trucks and storage areas using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking incoming shipments for accuracy and documenting inventory counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage aisles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE and reporting hazardous conditions immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided) to move heavy items within the facility.
- Cold Storage Handling: Ensure temperature-sensitive items are stored correctly to prevent spoilage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Entry-level candidates are welcome! We value attitude and work ethic over prior history.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in a cold environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate inventory and quality control.
