Responsibilities
- Coordinate expedited domestic and international shipments with 24/48-hour delivery requirements
- Optimize routing and carrier selection for time-sensitive freight using TMS software
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments
- Track real-time shipment status and proactively resolve transit exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize high-priority order fulfillment
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume shipping coordination experience in cold chain or expedited logistics
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Descartes) and WMS systems
- DOT/FMC certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Expert knowledge of IATA/IMDG regulations for hazardous materials
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions under pressure
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
