Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Accurately inventory and relocate palletized goods using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams to meet daily targets
- Train new hires on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience in distribution centers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Flexible schedule including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
