Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse setting
- Load/unload trucks with precise inventory management protocols
- Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Operate other warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clear criminal background check required
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
