Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple transportation modes
- Manage documentation including BOLs, invoices, and customs forms
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with carriers to negotiate rates and secure optimal routes
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systems
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize loading schedules
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and compliance regulations
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities in supply chain disruptions
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
