Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and ground transport
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) ensuring compliance
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and escalate critical issues to management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse communication systems
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customs teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma; degree in logistics preferred
