Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation compliance, carrier selection, and freight tracking
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs while ensuring on-time delivery
- Manage customs clearance documentation for international shipments
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory alignment
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain real-time shipment visibility through logistics management systems
- Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers and vendors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
