Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products between storage areas and vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform accurate stock counts.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow strict temperature control procedures to ensure product integrity.
- Assist with packaging and labeling as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (Cold Storage).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
