Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity goals.
- Handle paperwork for shipping and receiving duties as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL not required, but forklift certification is mandatory).
- Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license (Class B or C preferred).
