Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished in accordance with warehouse protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse operating procedures at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to streamline fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors during the picking process.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work varied shifts (including nights/weekends if needed).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
