Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely.
- Organize and store inventory within cold storage freezers and coolers.
- Monitor temperature logs and ensure facility compliance.
- Perform quality assurance checks on products before storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (-10°F to 40°F).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong commitment to safety and following protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
