Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock inventory accurately to maintain accurate records.
- Packaging: Package items securely for shipping using appropriate materials and methods.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment efficiently.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, scanners) following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and ability to arrive on time.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a standard pre-employment drug screen (background check not required).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
