As a Cold Storage Worker, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring products are stored and handled with care in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers and conveyors, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, picking, packing, and shipping orders using warehouse management systems.
- Temperature Control: Monitor and maintain appropriate temperatures in storage areas to ensure product integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and forklift safety.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Flexibility: Adapt to various shifts and duties as needed to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing or cold storage is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
