Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack orders for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
