Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and seal orders according to specifications
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld RF scanners
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, pallet jacks)
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail with zero-error packing standards
- Flexible availability (morning/afternoon/evening shifts)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
