Responsibilities
- Execute Picking & Packing: Accurately select products from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and company protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage, verify order accuracy against packing slips, and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep workstations organized, restock shelves as needed, and assist in cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Operational Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate basic warehouse machinery, such as pallet jacks and conveyor belts, under supervision.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic to verify quantities and prices.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a consistent work history are required.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) quickly.
- Valid ID: Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
