Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily safety audits
- Train and mentor staff on new technologies and processes
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics flow
- Conduct cycle counts and support annual inventory audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early morning/late evening options)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Data analysis experience with Excel/Power BI
