Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists and manifests
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse racking systems
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to DC warehouse facility
- Flexible availability between 5 AM - 11 PM shifts
