Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete digital inventory tracking using our warehouse management system
- Adapt to flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Flexibility to work varying schedules (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
