Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, verifying shipping manifests and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
