Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure high service levels.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure accurate labeling and barcode scanning.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and targets.
- Load and unload trailers in a timely manner to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (or 50 lbs depending on specific role requirements).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and follow instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
