Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect machinery for safety issues and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Verify shipping documents and prepare goods for outbound delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
