Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently onto and off of trucks and trailers.
- Organize and stack merchandise according to established safety and inventory standards.
- Verify shipment contents against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (outdoor dock work).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
