Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Inspect merchandise for damages and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety guidelines.
- Move inventory from storage to shipping lanes using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged stock to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and unloading incoming freight when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand pick lists and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
