Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload shipments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming materials
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
