As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are moved safely and efficiently from receiving to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect forklifts and other material handling equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Manage inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
