Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify order quantities and inspect items for damage before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Willingness to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
