Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and regulatory standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
- Truck Loading: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime and flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
