Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods throughout the warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Accurately inventory and organize products in designated storage zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- High school diploma or equivalent
