Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment
- Load/unload trucks, containers, and pallets while adhering to weight limits and stacking protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency
- Strictly enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization projects
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and weight calculations
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- Experience with WMS systems preferred
