Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely material availability
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
