Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload palletized goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts in our state-of-the-art warehouse
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment, reporting issues promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
