Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock checks.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect equipment daily to identify any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Follow all company protocols regarding hazardous materials and heavy lifting safety.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Pallet Jack).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
