Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records via remote portal
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with logistics team via virtual meetings
- Train on new warehouse technologies during remote onboarding
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Proficient with digital inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with remote tech support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to Tampa facility
