Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Document all activities using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with handheld scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy standards
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Glendale facility (for occasional on-site duties)
- Basic computer literacy and digital documentation skills
