Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory storage zones and implement FIFO rotation practices
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order picking experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Proficient with handheld scanning devices
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
