Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) technology
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all material movements and inventory adjustments accurately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
