Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload shipments
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Manage inventory and document material movements accurately
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cross-training for additional warehouse duties
- Work overtime shifts as needed to meet production demands
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
