Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload shipments.
- Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Inventory Support: Assist in the accurate counting and organization of stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
