Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operating powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspecting goods for damage and reporting discrepancies to management immediately.
- Assisting with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
