What You Will Do:
As a Forklift Operator at our Tulsa facility, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly from receiving to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all machinery to ensure equipment is in safe, working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and verifying stock levels against warehouse management systems.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Clean and organize the warehouse aisles to ensure safe passage for all personnel and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and OSHA compliance.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
