Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on machinery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Accurately count, label, and organize inventory stock and shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
