Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Inspect equipment daily for safety issues and report maintenance needs.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or willing to get certified).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Valid driver's license (if required for driving to warehouse locations).
