Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products throughout the facility safely.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and operating manuals to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (valid forklift certification required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulations.
