Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones within the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on all warehouse equipment before use.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production, picking, and shipping targets.
- Handle heavy lifting and material transport with precision, care, and minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA compliant) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable forklift experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and hazard awareness.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanning systems and inventory software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
