Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
