Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping processes.
- Ensure a 100% compliance rate with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor new staff members to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Manage shift schedules and handle personnel issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with warehouse software is a plus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
