Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory storage, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Enforce strict safety policies and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve shipping issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to develop team skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Valid forklift certification and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Proven track record of meeting safety and productivity targets.
